A look back, a step forward
In last month’s Transformation Post, I emphasized our commitment to visibility and engagement at industry events, highlighting the importance of positioning THS at the forefront of hospitality initiatives. This was particularly evident during my recent participation in StepStone Hospitality’s Accelerate 2025 Leadership Conference held last month in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I had the honor of addressing staffing challenges and sharing insights on how THS is uniquely equipped to support our industry.
My day began with a brisk 5:45 a.m. run and coffee meetup alongside StepStone’s COO Michael Broadhurst and a few fellow conference attendees. While networking is vital to fostering connections, there’s something exhilarating about discussing industry trends while maintaining a steady pace — though I must admit, it certainly tests your multitasking abilities!
Once I stepped onto the stage, fueled by caffeine and enthusiasm, I highlighted our successful partnerships, underscored the alignment of our core values and emphasized what sets THS apart: our exceptional consultants and our capacity to fill a diverse range of roles. It was gratifying to see how engaged the hotel leaders in attendance were, acknowledging the vital role we play in their success.
Back in Texas, THS continues to grow and expand our impact. I’m excited to share that we have relocated our corporate offices from Southlake to Roanoke and welcomed two new team members to our family. Make sure to read more about them in the "Get to Know Your THS Team" section of this issue.
I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your relentless dedication and hard work. Together, let’s keep pushing the envelope and ensure THS remains the go-to choice for hospitality staffing solutions.
