My Houng "My" Duong, talent solutions associate, juggles three key roles to keep things running smoothly at THS:
- The connector – Supporting our business and recruiting teams behind the scenes to connect the right consultants with the right opportunities - whether it’s task force or permanent placements.
- The database wizard – Maintaining the integrity of the consultant database so it’s current with the latest skills and talents.
- The friendly voice – The person on the other end of the phone who builds relationships and makes sure our consultants and clients feel supported every step of the way.
My’s Hilton and Marriott background is a blend of hospitality sales, catering and convention services experience – a winning combo for THS! She’s also spent years recruiting top talent with Goodwin Recruiting, Pinnacle Group and Hire Effect, making her a pro at connecting people with the right roles.
When she’s not working, you might find My singing in her church choir or volunteering with the youth group.
Christi Burrows
THS recently welcomed Christi Burrows as the newest recruiter. With more than 15 years of recruiting expertise, Christi has a remarkable talent for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Whether it's placing a consultant on a task force assignment or helping hotels find their next full-time hire, Christi's keen ability shines through.
Christi brings a wealth of experience across various industries, including IT, finance, healthcare, sales and engineering. She has worked with renowned companies such as Elan Partners, Orion-Novotus, Compass Technologies, Comteck Group and Technisource. Throughout her career, Christi has been recognized as Producer of the Month and earned a spot in the President’s Club for her exceptional ability to find top talent.
Now Christi is bringing her expertise to the hospitality industry, helping THS expand its reach and grow business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications and sociology from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.
