In mid-October of 2024, a great friend insisted I take the leap and put my years of hotel hospitality and travel experience to the test and submit my resume to THS. It ended up being the best thing I've ever done for myself. The result was a dream job. From the first phone call, the THS team made me feel valued and confident that I could make a difference. That trust was the push I needed.

Travel and tackling challenges
I love to travel and meet new people. On my first assignment in Las Vegas, my contract was extended three times, negotiated on my terms, all while keeping the property happy. The challenges were the most rewarding because conflict resolution is what hospitality is all about.

Expanding my hospitality experience
Working as a task force consultant has given me the opportunity to serve in roles like director of sales, sales manager and catering sales manager. This taps into my 25-plus years across all areas of hospitality and has provided the opportunity to travel to great places like Monterey, California; Boulder, Colorado; Washington, D.C., and so many more.
Flexibility
Working in a task force role also allows me a flexible work schedule. If I need time off, I can always turn down an assignment and wait until the next opportunity.
