The THS corporate team ‘unplugs’

Each year, the THS team holds an annual planning meeting to focus on the upcoming year’s priorities. Upping Our Game was the theme of the 2024 Unplugged meeting at the Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake.

The team came together to discuss 2025 strategic priorities, business development and marketing updates to keep everyone aligned and moving in the right direction.

The meeting featured two guest speakers: Stacey Geyer of Master Connection Associates on aligning team efforts with the company’s strategic objectives, and Andy Nellie of Nellie Leadership Group on strengthening connections through effective communication and relationships.

The 2024 THS Excellence & Service Award was presented to Missi Green, travel coordinator, for exemplifying the company’s core values of integrity, excellence and focus on service and partnership by consistently demonstrating these principles with clients, consultants and colleagues.

To wrap up the meeting, the team volunteered at North Texas Charities, a small local community organization, to give back by helping sort donations.
