Taking the THS show on the road

March provided remarkable exposure for THS. Dana Foley-Taylor, vice president of business development, Janelle Schwartz, senior vice president of business development and recruiting, proudly represented THS at the Remington Hospitality Thrive Leadership Conference in Sugar Land, Texas. A few weeks later, I joined them at the Crescent Hotels & Resorts 2025 leadership conference in Orlando.

Both events provided invaluable opportunities to reconnect with key leaders and gain insight into each company’s strategic positioning for 2025. Our partnership with Remington has flourished since we began serving them in 2022, and we have worked closely with more than 95 hotels in the Crescent portfolio since 2021.

It was a pleasure to meet Elie Khoury, Crescent’s new chief operating officer, who despite being only four weeks into his role, made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality. Additionally, I had the privilege of sitting down with Rob Smith, Crescent’s chief financial officer and president of corporate services, to delve into that company’s strategic approach to filling key positions. Our shared commitment to excellence and perfect alignment with Crescent’s philosophy ensures that THS will remain its partner of choice.

As we move into the second quarter of the year, we are steadfast in our commitment to uphold our values and serve the hospitality industry with unparalleled excellence. By providing the best talent to our partnered hotels, we continue to make a significant impact and drive success for our clients.
