From the desk of the CEO

I recently attended the 2025 Americas Lodging Investment Summit in Los Angeles, where I had the opportunity to meet face to face with THS clients and forge meaningful connections with some high-profile prospective partners.

A major focus at ALIS was addressing the ongoing labor shortages, immigration challenges and the need for reform to help bridge workforce gaps. While there was cautious optimism about the economy under the new administration, the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s executive team emphasized that the hotel industry must take the lead in advocating for increased work visas and policy changes.

One of my goals for 2025 is to attend key industry conferences and trade shows and meet with leaders, stay ahead of hospitality trends and ensure our partners are aware of the caliber of our task force talent.
