From the CEO’s desk: Ringing in 2026

As we step into 2026, there is a strong sense of momentum across our organization. We are entering this year focused on building, investing and positioning ourselves for the growth ahead.

Over the coming months, we will continue to expand our corporate team across business development, recruiting and operations. These additions are intentional and future-focused. As we strengthen our internal foundation, we are creating the infrastructure needed to support more hotels, more assignments and more opportunities in the field.

What this means for you is simple and important. Growth at the corporate level directly translates to increased demand for skilled professionals across both task force and direct-hire roles. We are preparing for a year where opportunity expands, career paths widen and flexibility and choice increase for our field team.

Our focus in 2026 is on readiness – readiness to move quickly, readiness to support our people well and readiness to meet the evolving needs of the hospitality industry. We are building with the future in mind and you are a critical part of that future.
